Free Money
It’s nice to have a savings account set up that compounds interest and accumulates money. I enjoy seeing my money grow. I also love doing things that make my financial life better. There are a lot of advantages to saving rather then spending. Investing in my life has always paid off. I’m investing in my future and loving the results.
I was talking to a guy today who told me that he’s been buying cars and shoes with his money for the last 5 years and now he is buying real estate instead. That sounded like a better idea. I do love great shoes and nice cars are fun, but I dig property more. I also like having big bank accounts and assets. It’s a practical mentality for me and fun.
Blessings!

Purchasing things that appreciate are always filled with wisdom as opposed to purchasing things that depreciate.
Yet, they remain "things". Our whole life will never be judged on who has the most "things" or type of "things".
I have often wondered if Kelly Clarkson quietly goes out for dinner (or even lunch) and pulls out a $100 tip for a small meal. She was once in the same position; now in the big leagues.
I suspect God knows who needs a new battery or a trip to the dentist as they are in pain at work for lack of dental care. He then provides someone with the cash to help....someone who has "been there" where the low heart is today. Will they come thru for God or stand back and forget that there, but for the grace of God, goes them and walk away without a life-changing tip.
There needs to be a balance of spending and saving with leanings toward savings. That principle that NEVER gets touched will accrue and grow to provide annual interest that can be given away to help the least among us.
I wonder what Laura Cohn will do when she is blessed by the big times.
I wanted to comment on Divorce blog of a few days back. This is the first week I have seen the blog. But, more time is needed to say what I want to say and say it right. For now, pickin the correct lifetime mate is the single biggest choice you will ever make. We will return to divorce another day.
