Happy April Fool's Day - Press Release
In a series of blogs, Los Angeles based singer/songwriter, Laura Cohn proposed that humanity should replace the good vs. evil agreement that it has been living under with a peaceful harmony agreement instead. “I’m tired of what I’m reading in the news and what I’m hearing people say” Cohn said, “I think we can do better than this. Don’t you?”
(PRWEB) March 31, 2006 -- Laura Cohn first asked in “Permission” on March 24th to make the current good vs. evil agreement that humanity has been living under null and void. Then in daily blogs that she wrote up until April 1st, Cohn proceeded to map out a path for how the new peaceful harmony agreement needed to be created for humanity to live under. Cohn also discussed that a bridge is needed to address the mind and how it has been functioning.
Cohn suggested on March 27th that superposition would be a suitable bridge, utilizing quantum mechanics as a model. Cohn explained that “superposition is the state of being that an atom is in before it is observed as positive or negative. Once the atom is observed, whatever the observer perceives is what the atom becomes.” Laura Cohn hypothesizes that “if instead of observing things as we have always observed them, we could stop for a moment and let another idea come in.”
On March 28th, in addressing the process humanity is in, Cohn stated that “the mind is very useful at engaging in activity. It is such a fantastic processor of information that it will make up stuff that isn’t there just to keep busy.” Cohn feels the trick to successfully creating the new agreement is to give the mind a set of parameters to redefine the world with that it will find interesting. Cohn says that “the mind can be thoroughly engaged as it is redefining and renaming everything it sees, thinks and imagines.”
Laura Cohn said that her reason for writing the series of blogs was to give her mind a break from being confined to humanity’s limitations citing that she needed to keep her mind busy doing something productive when it got bored. Cohn smiled brightly to wish everyone a very Happy April Fool's Day and hoped that taking a moment to think about something else was worth a good laugh.
