When it's Time

It’s interesting to me the way things come together and I need to remember certain moments when I’m pursuing my goals. I’ve discovered that when it’s time for something to happen then it will happen and not a moment before. And it just happens without me doing much. I’ve witnessed that in my own life and in other people’s lives as well.

When it’s not time for something to happen, then I’m on the look-out moving along watching for the sign posts to show up so I can make a turn. Sign posts come in all shapes and sizes. Making certain connections with people can open a doorway to what I’ve been looking for. Until those things come along I just keep going through the motions.

When things are about to change something happens inside of me that gets very quiet and reserved. Suddenly things that were uncomfortable no longer have any bearing on what I’m doing. It’s like the lesson has been completed and I passed the exam. I don’t even have to think about how to gets things done. My direction is clear.
