Couldn't Tell You

I realized today when different people were asking me questions that I really have very few answers. It may have been because I was being asked why things were being done a certain way, why things had happened the way they did and why people had made the decisions they had made to do what they did.

It may be that sometimes the position I’m in makes me look like someone who would have answers and that’s why I was being asked. It’s rare that I can tell someone why I do what I do let alone have any clue about why other people do what they do. My guess is that what they did seemed like a good idea at the time they decided to do it.

I’m actually getting better at not knowing things and better yet, not particularly caring one way or another if I know anything outside of what is happening in the moment. Not knowing is more relaxing. It helps me look at what is happening rather than what I want to have happen. What is happening is usually better for me anyway.
