NARIP at LA Songnet
Emotional intelligence was one of the first things she mentioned. She also said that she would rather work with someone with mediocre talent who was persistent, intelligent, and had integrity than an extremely talented person who didn’t possess those traits. She noted that most artists do not have a marketing plan for their business and they need one.
She talked about some of her own goals and how writing them down has been a powerful tool to making them happen. She said she also makes it a point to help at least 3 people a day, which sometimes means she gets on the phone to call people she knows who could use some assistance with things. It’s no wonder that Tess is making a name for herself.
Blessings!
