CAP Theater

There are times when being an artist in LA is extraordinary because I get to share a stage with incredibly talented people. The show at CAP Theater was amazing. There were a lot of acts on the bill. Comedian/writer/singer, Doc Jones was the MC for the night and also ran the spot light. He has a monkey song that is really nasty funny.

Aside from having a great time playing for the audience it was so much fun to be in the audience to hear Debra Wilson sing standards, Jennifer Day do a couple of numbers, Vito rapping, another Spanish rapper duo, Little Tim and Felicia rap it up, and finally Day, a Christian rapper with a great vibe, hip rhyme and an Eminem kind of ride to his gate.

My friend, Mickey, said that it’s always different when he comes to CAP. I know my set is usually evolving and changes from show to show. Lonny Stevens and Alex Wilde provide a great space for artists to perform. They’ve been wonderful to me and I truly appreciate them working with me so much. It’s special to have such great friends!

Blessings!
Laura
