Packing

I’m flying out to Tucson to see my family for my birthday and Thanksgiving. It’s not the same planning for a flight as it used to be. I can’t bring water with me into the airport. I understand, but it’s something new that I have to adjust to. I’m used to bringing water and food with me when I travel. I like what I like and now I’ll get to try something new.

I remember when people started putting poison into bottles and Halloween candy back when I was a kid. That’s why everything now has special seals on packaging. What’s interesting to me is that the manufacturers had the new packaging on the shelves really fast after that started going on. Hmmm. Quick response or planned transition?

Everyone needs to make a living. I found it interesting when I was chemically injured to learn that the chemical companies whose products caused headaches also owned the companies that made asprin. They make billions of dollars giving people headaches and then giving them something to take for it. That’s pretty brilliant: A little sick but brilliant.
