Happiness Is...

I don’t know if I’m dating myself here, but I really like the Charlie Brown song, “Happiness Is”. The first line is ‘Happiness is 2 kinds of ice cream’. I have a friend who has asks me what flavor I am when he emails me because my last name is pronounced cone. I don’t know why that makes me laugh, it just does. Today I was chocolate mint.

Basically I’m into happiness because I like to smile, feel good and have fun. It’s such a drag to have problems. I’d rather just have things to take care of that need my attention for the moment for how ever long that is. And it’s much more amusing to have no idea how anything is going to work out and just do whatever can be done than to get frazzled.

Sometimes it’s a matter of me finding just a little tiny thing that I can start with that opens up the door to finding massive solutions when something needs to get done. It can be as simple as asking a question, making a phone call, or getting online. When I was younger I wasn’t all that concerned about what I was doing with my energy. Now I am.
