Naps
It would be great if I didn’t have to sleep, but that isn’t the case for me. Naps actually save me from getting burnt out. If I can get naps in a few times a week, I can go through periods of shorten sleep hours without crashing hard after awhile. There are so many things that I get busy doing. Life is filled with opportunities and I love that.
I had a flight instructor once who had trained herself to take 10 minute power naps so she could stay rested when she had to work 16 hr.-18 hr. days. I haven’t learned how to do that. I need my beauty rest. My indulgence in late night hours is for writing, playing music, hanging with musicians at shows, taking acting class and having fun with friends.
