Growth
I’m glad I have friends that tell me the truth and give me encouragement to go beyond my comfort zone. That’s where growth happens. I find that when I break down what I have to do into small little, tiny steps then it’s easier for me get things done. That way I don’t get overwhelmed thinking how much I don’t want to do what I need to.
It also helps my mind think that what I don’t want to do is really no big deal and my mind likes that. It replaces resistance with a feeling of accomplishment. Then the next time I have to approach the same task I have a better attitude from the start. It’s usually the little things I do in my daily routine that brings in the most progress, like writing this blog.
Blessings!
