In The Groove
Playing a show was the perfect thing for me to do. Also, Sheena brought me back a fabulous plum pashmina from New York which is my new favorite thing to wear. She does understand my girlie side. It felt really good to be me again. With all the emotions I’ve been feeling it was great to pour them out in a performance and sing my heart out.
Today I was at a NARIP networking brunch. Those are such fun events. There’s a group of regulars that are great to hook up with and always new people doing such interesting things. I met a girl named Ava who has started her own artist’s image consulting practice. I’m going to be one of her first clients. Her background is in corporate design. Way cool.
Blessings!
