Peace Flags By Kids

My friend, Sharon Plache, started a project in August called Peace Flags By Kids in San Diego. She set up flag painting events for kids so their vision of peace could be shared with others. She has over 200 peace flags so far, many flags on public display, a chapter in Turkey and I’m now her Director in LA. So there is a chapter in LA, too.

The organization’s mission statement reads, “It is our desire to provide every Child on the Planet the opportunity to create a Peace Flag and have their voice heard.” All resources contributed go to keeping the organization growing. So I’d like to put out a call for resources to come in. Can you help? Money, printing, and art supplies are needed.
