Blind Date

I had no idea that when I decided to go on the show Blind Date that so many people I know watch that show. The guy who books me for Michael’s Pub just told me that he was watching the show and it took him a minute when my segment came on for him to realize why I looked so familiar. It was funny.

My neighbor called me when the show aired and left me a message that made me laugh, too. He said he was thinking of me and that he really missed seeing me because it had been awhile since we had ran into each other and then when he got in his apartment he turned on the TV and there I was on his television on Blind Date.

I’ve also gotten emails from people on www.myspace.com that saw the show. My ex and I were watching it and laughed so much at how they edited the date. They used a lot of special effects and came up with some really funny stuff. The actual date was fun. Having a camera crew tag along on a date was a new experience for me.
