Spinning
It was actually really cool because after awhile I was out of my head and just letting my body move. I’m curious how my legs will feel tomorrow. We’re going to do more spinning classes since we’re coming into the two week home stretch now. It’s nice to see the results I’m getting in endurance, muscle tone and improved eating habits.
If you’ve never done a spinning class and are up for a cardio experience, check one out. You may find that spinning is just the thing you needed to get your fitness program on track. I certainly don’t push myself very hard when I work out on my own, so getting 7 weeks of hard core training has been a real gift.
