Changes
My newest change is being off sugar for the last 25 days. It came about with the infomercial eating program they gave us to use during our training period. I’ve never gone off sugar entirely. I’ve always used natural sweeteners like honey and maple syrup. I’ve noticed that I feel much better without it. Now I use stevia.
Sugar isn’t particularly great for the immune system. I learned about that when I was recovering from a chemical injury. Fruit tastes really sweet to me now. I also have discovered raw chocolate. It’s got a different kind of taste and it’s very crunchy. Cacao beans are an amazing food. I like the affect.
