I read about the new law in Iran requiring Jews and Christians to wear identifying yellow and red bands, respectively, on their clothing so Muslims won’t be “contaminated” if they shake their hands by mistake. I’m not sure why history is repeating itself with this one on a grander scale, but I am in prayer about it. Divine Intervention sounds good.

When I was in college, I took a class on Holocaust systems and we studied Hitler’s regime. One of the first steps he took in his plan to murder all Jews was to de-humanize them in the German society. When they were regarded as non-human and popularized as “the problem” it was easy to get people involved with killing them in mass.

There are a lot more Muslims living on this planet than there are Christians and Jews. A Muslim friend of mine was telling me about his relationship with God in the Muslim faith and it was very similar to Jewish practices with different symbols and names for things. I don’t know what causes things to get conflicted in religions, but I’d like to heal that.
