20/20 Vision
I guess the best part of my ignorance is that it can keep me from saying things that I would probably regret later. I know that I’m not always judged by people in a favorable way when I’m an easy person to fool or take advantage of, but I think my innocence is a great strength for me. I trust in God, not people, so it doesn’t matter what they think.
People teach me a lot when they deal with me from a place of their perceived superiority. And many times people mistake kindness or not reacting with hostility for weakness. There’s an enormous amount of stability that comes to me when I’m forgiving, patient, accepting, and neutral in my thoughts. And more opportunities show up for me that way.
Blessings!
