Daily Goals
Today when I started my list, the first thing I wrote on it was “Rest”. I didn’t really want to write anything else on the list because I needed to rest today. There have been a lot of things happening in my life, which are all good, but I don’t always get enough sleep. And some of what I’m working on requires a great deal of energy and time.
I did add some other things to my list today because I feel better when I get things done and I won’t have time to do them tomorrow. I can say that I’ve done well resting and will be getting back to that shortly after I finish writing this blog. I never imagined that scheduling rest into my calendar was going to be necessary in my life.
